What is Insta360 FlexiCare?

Insta360 FlexiCare provides two replacements for an Insta360 product that is damaged due to accidental impact.


The service lasts one year (365 days) from the time of activation. Two replacements are available within that year, with replacement fees covered by the user. Insta360 will replace the damaged product and cover the shipping costs both ways.

*Insta360 FlexiCare only covers official Insta360 products. Collaborations are not covered.

What's the difference between Insta360 FlexiCare and the 1-Year Official Warranty?

The Insta360 1-Year Official Warranty is a free maintenance and repair service for a product that fails due to non-human reasons.

Insta360 FlexiCare covers damage caused by everyday use or accidental damage. The duration of validity is one year.

Do I need to pay for repairs using Insta360 FlexiCare?

Insta360 FlexiCare provides two replacements within one year. Insta360 will replace the damaged product and cover the shipping costs both ways. Users need to pay a replacement fee to use the service.

Does Insta360 FlexiCare cover theft or loss?

Insta360 FlexiCare does not cover theft or loss.

How long will it take to ship and activate Insta360 FlexiCare?

Insta360 FlexiCare is not a physical product, you do not need to wait for delivery.


When you purchase Insta360 FlexiCare separately, the service will automatically bind to the product corresponding to the serial number entered and activate immediately.

When you purchase Insta360 FlexiCare with a product, it will automatically bind and activate when you activate the product.

Is the Insta360 FlexiCare service refundable or transferable?

If a product covered by Insta360 FlexiCare is returned within 15 days, the associated Insta360 FlexiCare will be refunded in full.

If a product covered by Insta360 FlexiCare has been activated, or if the Insta360 FlexiCare service has been used within 15 days after purchase, the service cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged.

The service is non-transferable once activated.

If I request an official repair during the 1 Year Official Warranty, will it use a replacement under Insta360 FlexiCare?

If your product falls within the official warranty and is caused by non-human factors, such as technical faults, your Insta360 FlexiCare service will not be used.


If the inspection finds the damage to be human-made, such as accidental drops or impact, we will contact you to confirm whether to use the Insta360 FlexiCare service.

Can I extend Insta360 FlexiCare once it expires or has reached its maximum number of uses?

Insta360 FlexiCare can only be purchased once for the same product.
